In 2017, GDN and the European Investment Bank (EIB) selected ten fellows to study the impact of EIB projects in African, Caribbean and Pacific (ACP) countries, under a new training and mentorship program for local researchers. After training at EIB headquarters in Luxembourg, the fellows will work for one year under the guidance of top international experts to evaluate projects financed under the Bank’s Impact Financing Envelope. This will build skills and capacity in impact assessment in the regions and refine the understanding of EIB’s impact. Download a list of the Fellows here.
In 2018, another cohort of fellows were selected, for the second annual cycle of the program. Download list here.
