As Programme Manager, Pablo oversees the AFD-GDN Biodiversity and Development Awards Programme while managing thematic initiatives and key aspects of the annual Global Development Conference (GDC).
With over a decade of experience in programme management, partnerships, and impact evaluation, he specialises in sustainability and policy processes, leading multi-stakeholder initiatives for sustainable development. Pablo holds a Master's degree in Development Studies from the Institute of Development Studies at Sussex University, UK.
