Aryamala Prasad

Senior Programme Manager | Open Transaction Networks

 

Aryamala Prasad has more than a decade of experience leading and contributing to research and programmes on digital government, public sector governance, and citizen engagement in India and the United States. She has worked with the Center for Technology in Government at the State University of New York, Albany; the Regulatory Studies Center at George Washington University; the World Bank; GIZ; and the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad. Her contributions include providing technical inputs for digital government projects, evaluating governance initiatives, authoring and editing a book on open government, and leading research on the use of artificial intelligence in the public sector, data protection regulations, and bureaucratic responsiveness to citizen engagement. She holds a PhD in Public Policy and Administration from George Washington University and a Master of Social Sciences in International Studies from the National University of Singapore.
