Anna Niang
Programme Manager | Savoirs Sahel
Anna is a policy analyst with experience supporting decision-making in public institutions, UN agencies, and international NGOs. At GDN, she leads the Savoirs Sahel 2 programme, which aims to strengthen the capacity of think tanks to contribute to evidence-based policymaking in the Sahel and West Africa.
Her background includes analysing, managing and evaluating international development programmes, bringing a critical perspective on the politics of aid.
Anna holds a double magistère/master’s degree in International Relations and Foreign Affairs from Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne University.
