Apolline Breuil

Apolline is the Senior Programme Manager for the Digital Public Infrastructure Inclusivity Measurement Programme at GDN. Before joining the organisation in 2026, she spent over 15 years designing and managing complex donor-funded projects across the Global South. Her work has focused on various areas of economic development, including public service delivery, good governance, trade and digitalisation.

Over the years, she has developed a strong understanding of the international development landscape and extensive experience working with donors, public institutions, and private sector partners.

In addition to her role at GDN, Apolline regularly teaches courses on international project design and management.
